Product Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed...or your money back! If we are not
the manufacturer of the product, we deal directly with the lab owners
and crew. That is why at Essentials By Catalina you will find only
the finest quality products available. All products we offer are
carefully chosen for quality and workmanship. If, for any reason,
your shipment isn’t satisfactory we will gladly accept a return
according to our return policy. We cannot be held responsible for
delays in ship times.
Order Placement
Orders can be placed via our website using our secure online shopping
cart.
You may also place orders directly by calling (951)817-8965.
You may place an order by mail. Before mailing an
order to our office please call and verify your total is correct,
including shipping.
Payment Methods
Essentials By Catalina accepts credit card payments. We welcome
Visa and Master Card.
PAYPAL is also accepted and is an option during
all checkout sessions.
We do accept payment with a Money Order. As soon
as we receive your money order your order will be processed. Orders
paid with a personal check will require a 21 day hold on the check
before the order is shipped.
C.O.D
Essentials By Catalina does accept COD orders on a limited
basis. COD orders must be pre approved by calling (951) 817-8965.
A telephone order option is also available during
checkout, this option should be used if you prefer to place the
order via the website but want to release credit card information
directly to us. Please verify that the Phone number is correct,
we will contact you for credit card information once the order is
received.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Essentials By Catalina uses UPS to ship all domestic orders. Our
online shopping cart will automatically calculate the weight of
your package based on the items you have selected. During the checkout
process, you will be asked to select a Shipping Method to use for
your order (ground, 3 day, 2 day or overnight) the cost for each
method is actual UPS Charges No Handling fee is ever charged. You
must select a shipping method. If no method is selected, we will
contact you using the information attached to your order, to arrange
shipping.
You may also Pick up your order if you are local
to us.

International Orders
No International order are accepted, special arrangements are possible
by calling (951)817-8965
If UPS does not deliver to your location, special
arrangements can be made to ship using U.S. Postal Service (ie.
Priority mail). There is an additional charge of $8.00 on all USPS
shipments.
Shipment Tracking
You may track your order using the website, simply enter your order
number (ie. ebc335) and click on track order. The following screen
will show the status of your deliver and also give you the tracking
number. All information is provided directly from UPS.
Delivery Times
To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the
time it takes to process your order. Most of our orders ship within
24 hours but during the holiday season you should plan on 72 hours
to process an order. Our goal is always to ship the order the same
day it arrives and payment is made. If an order arrives on a Friday
after 11am California time the order will not ship until the following
Monday, no shipments are made on Saturday or Sunday.
Here is the equation to calculate when you will
receive your package:
Product Processing + Shipping Transit Time = Total Delivery Time
UPS shipping guidelines are:
Overnight - Guaranteed next business day
2 Day - Guaranteed in 2 business days
3 day - Guaranteed in 3 business days
Ground - 3 to 7 days, not a guaranteed service
UPS does not count the day the package is shipped
as a transit day. UPS does not guarantee any transit times during
the 3 weeks surrounding Christmas. They are closed on major holidays
and the Friday after Thanksgiving. UPS does not guarantee delivery
within 7 days on Ground Method . Shipping problems are beyond our
control once your package leaves our facility. We are always happy
to help in resolving shipping issues with UPS.
Incorrect Address/Non Deliverable/Refused
Shipments
Orders that have been returned to us will be handled in a timely
manner by our customer service department. If Essentials By Catalina
has made the error, we will re-send the shipment to the correct
address at no cost to you. If the customer has made the address
error, the customer will need to pay the cost of reshipping. Essentials
By Catalina is notified at the end of each month of any address
corrections UPS had to make while delivering a shipment. They charge
us $5.00 to $10.00 per box that requires an address correction.
If the incorrect address has been given to use by the customer,
the customer will be assessed this fee. If the customer has refused
the shipment because they changed their mind on the order, the order
will be treated as a return.
Product Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to
return an unopened and unused product you must first call us at
(951) 817-8965. We can discuss the details of your return.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt
of the shipment. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not reimburse customers for shipping expenses.

information for the purpose of filling your orders, offering monthly
specials and enhancing your experience with our company. We will
