Detangling
Conditioning Spray won't weigh down your hair . It adds moisture
with Aloe Vera and Sodium PCA.
Sodium
PCA is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air.
Pro-Vitamin
B5 and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein add body and help strengthen and
smooth hair cuticles.
Pro-Vitamin B5 acts much like a lubricating emulsifier. It binds to hair follicles and attracts moisture, as well as smoothes hair surfaces and lubricates the hair shaft.
Hydrolyzed
Wheat Protein is a moisturizing and conditioning protein derived
from whole wheat. It attracts and retains moisture, builds body,
and improves manageability while adding luster and smoothness.
Our
Professional Detangling Conditioning Spray formulation has a low
molecular weight which allows it to penetrate the hair shaft with
ease.
This
advanced
Paraben Free formula is available unscented. Fragrance
and essential oils can be incorporated with a fragrance emulsifier.

How to add additional ingredients:
Water
soluble ingredients can be added directly by simply mixing into
the base. 1-5% marketing ingredients such as botanical extracts
and proteins can be added.
Approximately
1.2 fl. oz. of water soluble fragrance oil can be added directly
to one gallon of product. This is approximately a 1% fragrance load.
Oil
soluble ingredients or oil soluble fragrances must be pre-mixed
with a solubilizer such as Polysorbate
20.
Start
out with 1:1 solubilizer to fragrance
and increase to 4:1 if necessary. Please note that not all fragrances
will produce a clear base.
