To Track Your order:
1) Look at the upper left hand corner of any page ,
find this section. 
2) Enter your order tracking number in the upper right hand side and click on Track Order. ( Your Tracking Number will be your order number with the prefix EBC. For example if your order number is 20811 enter EBC20811)

Many site functions require you to log onto your account before you proceed. To do so follow these instructions.

Q: When do my orders get marked as processed in the customer service section?
A:
All orders are marked as processed once the order has shipped. Your order will be shown as unprocessed even if we are working on it. Once it is shipped it will be shown as processed. In addition Your cedit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A:
We accept Master Card and Visa Credit Cards . We Also accept Debit Cards if they have the Master Card Or Visa logo on them. Paypal payments and Money Orders are also accepted. All these options will be available to you during the checkout process.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE?
A:
Shipping is calculated based on the products that you place in your shopping cart and yoru destination zip code. We use actual UPS shipping charges. No additional fees or handling charges are imposed. Note that from time to time the UPS software will miscalculate the shipping charge on 3day , 2 day and next day air packages. This is because the UPS Shipping software does not account for box dimensions when quoting shipping , but when the shipping label is generated it will ask for those dimension and take them into consideration. If this occurs and shipping needs to increase , you will be contacted prior to shipping your order. If you are overcharged for shipping we will always refund you.
Q: DO YOU CHARGE A HANDLING FEE OR ANY OTHER FEE?

None at all, we only charge for actual product and Actual UPS Shipping.
Q: WHAT IF THE ADDRESS ON THE CREDIT CARD DOES NOT MATCH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
A:
Go ahead and place your order. One of our representatives will phone you and verify the information. We will fax you a Credit card authorization form. The form will have to be filled out and faxed back to us. A credit card auth form is not required if we are shipping the the credit card address.
Q: When I get to the select shipping method screen the drop down menu is blank, why?
A:
This can be caused by one on the following:
1) UPS Does not deliver to you via UPS Ground, for example Hawaii, parts of Alaska, or you are ordering from Canada. If This Happens to be the case, Call us and we could quote shipping manually according to where you will be shipping.
2) Your order is too large according to UPS: In reality your order is ok, but the UPS System always assumes that all the items in the shopping cart will ship in 1 box and the package will be over their weight limit of 150 lbs. If you run into this problem phone us or email us, we will take your order and quote the correct multiple package shipping charge.
Q: DO YOU KEEP CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
A:
No. Credit card information is deleted once your order is retrieved. You will have to enter credit card infromation on every order. General customer information is stored in our system to make it easier for you to reorder.
Q: How much Essential oil or fragrance oil do I add per gallon of your Lotion Base?
A:
We use 1 full ounce of scent oil per every gallon(128oz) of Lotion base product. Be aware scents have different potency levels, therefore a full ounce of scent oil may not be necessary. We recommend to start with 1/2 oz of scent oil and work your way up if you think it should smell stronger. Make sure you test out the final product on your skin. we do not recommend adding more than 1oz of EO or FO to any base.

Q: WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

The shelf life of all our bases is 2 years.

We recommend using FD&CColorants. If you run into a bind - A tip from some of our clients : Use Wilton Cake icing colorants. You can find those at your local Wal-mart in the craft section. Buy the ones in the small 1oz bottles not the tubes. They are very potent so use very little. They are under $2 each.

Yes you may. All scented product that is sold is custom blended when you place your order. Please call us directly to place custom orders because the site does not offer this functionality. Q: Can I buy the bases in other containers other than gallon?
A:
Yes you may, all bases are available in 55 gallon drums. There is a 2 drum minimum and a $20 deposit for each drum. The per gallon price is greatly reduced when purchased in drums but is the same price if ordered in individual gallons. Call for information: (951) 817-8965
Q: Can I order bottles/containers with mixed color caps/sprayers?
A:
Yes you can. As long as you order the minimum amount of bottles/containers we can mix the color of caps/sparyers at no charge. Many products have a choice in the caps selection drop-down box that reads " even mix of all color" . If you need to specify the actual colors or quantities of each . You can speciy the color and quantity of each in the special Instructions section during checkout: For example: see Below

NO , ther is no minimum order dollar amount. There is minimum quantities on containers, each container will list the minimum amount, most containers have a 50 unit minimum.
Q: Can I order less than 50 of these containers/bottles?

All our bottles and containers are sold in incriments of 50, with 50 being the minimum. special arrangements may be made when ordering any amount over 50 pieces. For example 345 bottles. Most of our containers are quantity priced, meaning the more you buy the bigger the savings. This FAQ does not apply to gallon containers or any other product on our site.

Q: What if you are out of stock on an item?
A:
We make every attempt to ship completed orders. If an Item is out of stock and we do not expect to restock it within 2 days we will will contact you via email and give you a choice of putting the Out of stock item on backorder or just remove it from your order. We will not charge you for the out of stock item and if a shipping reduction is needed it will be issued. If the out of stock item is expected to restock within 2 days we will hold your order and ship it complete once it restocks.
Q: HOW DO I MIX THE SHOWER GEL?
A:
Shower Gel mixing is simple. It can be hand mixed but we recommend using an electric mixer, this way you won't get tired. A Kitchen Aid works best. Simply pour your Shower Gel into the bowl and and your FO or EO, you may also add your colorants at the same time. Once all the colorant is evenly spread your know that the scent is too. Mix on low speed untill all the Scent oils and color is suspened evenly into the shower gel. Usually 5 minutes does the job. That is all there is to it. Especially with shower gel try not to use colorants that contain Sodium(salt) they tend to thin down any shower gel. One more thing if using a mixer to mix the base Remember to keep it on a low speed to prevent too many air bubbles from forming. If you do get air bubble your base will look milky or cloudy , that is normal and should clear to crystal clear within 1 or 2 days.
Q: 1/2oz of scent to a gallon, but what about a 4oz or 8oz bottle?
A:
The rule of thumb is 1/2oz of scent to a gallon(128oz) of base, and up to 1 full oz.
For a 4oz bottle use about 7 to 14 drops of scent
For an 8oz bottle use about 14 to 28 drops of scent .
Remember that not all scents are the same. Some contain more carrier oils than others and some are just more potent period. Always test your batches and keep good records of your mixing formulas.
If you over scent you can always add more base product, but you will have to know how much scent you used in order to know how much more base to add, once again keep notes.
Always start with the minimum and work your way up.

A:

Notes:
There is no need to heat the base for mixing. It is designed to accept your fragrance oils and colorants without the extra effort of heating it.
There is no need to add extra preservatives to the base. It is designed to accept your scent and colorants within the limits of 1oz of scent per gallon (128oz) of base.
Additives may also be introduced into the base at 1% volume.
Q: How do I get the lotion, shower gel, etc into the small bottles?
A:
The best and easiest way is to pump it into the small bottles by using a Heavy Duty gallon pump. We just happen to have them available here. They run Only $3.25 each.
