Our products are guaranteed...or your money back! Essentials By Catalina uses only the finest quality raw ingredients available to manufacture our products. All products we offer are carefully chosen for quality and workmanship. If, for any reason, your shipment isn’t satisfactory we will gladly accept a return within 14 days according to our return policy. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit time.

Suitability for Export

Essentials by Catalina, Inc. makes no express or implied warranty regarding the suitability of its products for export to foreign countries. Every country has unique import requirements for cosmetics and must be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Regulatory assistance can be provided for a service fee.

Orders can be placed via our website using our secure online shopping cart.

You may also place orders directly by calling (951)674-4444.

You may place an order by mail. Before mailing an order to our office please call and verify your total is correct, including shipping.


Payment Methods
Essentials By Catalina accepts credit card payments. We welcome Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.

PAYPAL is also accepted and is an option during all checkout sessions.

We do accept payment with a Money Order. As soon as we receive your money order your order will be processed. Orders paid with a personal check will require a 21 day hold on the check before the order is shipped.

A telephone order option is also available during checkout, this option should be used if you prefer to place the order via the website but want to release credit card information directly to us. Please verify that the Phone number is correct, we will contact you for credit card information once the order is received.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Essentials By Catalina uses UPS to ship all domestic orders. Our online shopping cart will automatically estimate the weight of your package based on the items you have selected. During the checkout process, you will be asked to select a Shipping Method to use for your order (ground, 3 day, 2 day or overnight) the cost for each method is actual UPS Charges No Handling fee is ever charged. You must select a shipping method. If no method is selected, we will contact you using the information attached to your order, to arrange shipping.

Pick-up orders must be placed in advance. EBC is open for will call pick up from 9am to 5pm Monday - Thursday.

International Orders
No International order are accepted online , special arrangements are possible by calling (951)674-4444

If UPS does not deliver to your location, shipments via Postal Service (ie. Priority mail) is an option. USPS rates will apply.

Shipment Tracking

You may track your order by using the website, simply entering your order number (ie. EBC53201) and click on track order. The following screen will show the status of your delivery and also give you the tracking number. All information is provided directly from UPS.


Delivery Times

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the time it takes to process your order. Most of our orders ship within 24 hours but during Sale Event or holidays you should plan on 72 hours to process an order. Our goal is always to ship the order the same day it is received and payment is made. If an order is received on a Friday after 11am PST the order will not ship until the following Monday. No shipments are made on Saturday or Sunday.

Here is the equation to calculate when you will receive your package:
Product Processing + Shipping Transit Time = Total Delivery Time

UPS shipping guidelines are:
Overnight - Guaranteed next business day
2 Day - Guaranteed in 2 business days
3 day - Guaranteed in 3 business days
Ground - 3 to 7 days, not a guaranteed service

UPS does not count the day the package is shipped as a transit day. UPS does not guarantee any transit times during the three weeks surrounding Christmas. They are closed on major holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving. UPS does not guarantee delivery within seven days on Ground Method . Shipping problems are beyond our control once your package leaves our facility, however we are always happy to help in resolving shipping issues with UPS.


Incorrect Address/Non Deliverable/Refused Shipments

Orders that have been returned to us will be handled in a timely manner by our customer service department. If Essentials By Catalina has made the error, we will re-send the shipment to the correct address at no cost to you. If the customer has made the address error, the customer will need to pay the cost of reshipping. Essentials By Catalina is notified at the end of each month of any address corrections UPS had to make while delivering a shipment. They charge us $5.00 to $10.00 per box that requires an address correction. If the incorrect address has been given to us by the customer, the customer will be assessed this fee. If the customer has refused the shipment because they changed their mind on the order, the order will be treated as a return.


Product Return Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted for unscented and non customized bases, containers and bath accessories. We do not accept returns of scented cosmetic or personal care bases. We encourage everyone to order samples of scented product prior to ordering larger quantities.We do not reimburse customers for shipping expenses.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to return an unopened and unused product within the 14 day window you must first call us at (951) 674-4444 to discuss the details of your return.

Our site does not force a customer to become a member in order to finalize an order. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We do not store send to emails used with the "tell a friend" feature. We will never contact the recipient of the "tell a friend" feature.
