I have been shopping here for awhile. After I got a shippment that had some broken peices. (not EBC's Fault) I contacted them. And I got replacments right away! they are so helpful and even helped me save on shipping when I ordered some items and had forgotten to order some others. They combined my 2 orders. I have to tell you I order supplies from many internet comapanies. I Truly enjoyed your site, It was fun to shop. Just after placing my order, I recceived an email from Bill letting me know that my order had shipped #1 That email came to me the same day I placed the order about 4 hours later,WOW that was fast! #2 He also told me that the site had overcharged me for the shipping and that not only was he lowering my total but he was placing a copy of the new lower invoice in the box for my convenience. This type of integrity is difficult to find even face to face, to find it through an internet company ,,Now that deserves a double WOW!

I have to tell you.. I have bought many Shampoo's and conditioners for my hair.. From cheap to Salon products that cost lots of $$ ( I have fine Hair ) and I have to tell you.. this has got to be one of the best shampoos and conditioners I have bought.. Many men don't notice little details.. even my husband.. But he said he noticed a difference.. I usually have to use a detangler and something to put some body in my hair.. not w/ this shampoo and conditioner.., My hair was not only shiny but so soft. I know my customers will love this.. Please Keep it in stock.. this is wonderful and thank you for adding the ingredients and what it is used for.. that makes it a Great Product in itself.. I love how it keeps its texture even when scented other shampoo's and conditioners I have had in the past would thin out when adding a synthetic or essential oil to it. This doesn't.. Again.. Fantastic Job.. this is a Keeper.
